I’ve reached what seems to be the home stretch of the novel I have been complaining on here about since…September? August? Who even knows anymore. But now I’m through complaining! The middle is over! Writing is fun again (for now).

True to form, I enter the pilot month of 2024 talking about a pilot episode, of a mystery, no less. Apparently I’m incredibly predictable.

I give a brief diatribe about what the final act of writing a novel first draft for the first time feels like. Unsurprisingly…daunting.
