Russian Roulette is the last “short” film I made with most of my friends my senior year. Though some technical aspects are...lacking...I was really happy with the final product and the memories made along the way. It follows a fictitious, relatively incompetent spinoff branch of the CIA during the Cold War as they try to recover the “Serpent’s Breath” from Russian hands. I promise you laugh at least 0.5 times.
This was just some footage I captured and quickly edited together during January 2021. I got all the Christmas festivity without (most of) the touristy crowds. It was a fun trek around Midtown, and hey, who doesn’t love some good seasonal Michael Bublé?
Another product of my senior year, COIVD The 19th is my pandemic-friendly riff on slashers. This was painstakingly produced thanks to my fellow executive board members of VTV and their indulging me by playing themselves as they are picked off one by one. A COVID-conscious killer is on the loose, and they are certainly not up to the task of stopping him/her/them.
Digging all the way back to my junior year at Villanova here. You might start to notice a theme that I really enjoy the Halloween season and adjacent bits of media. Here, I revived an old un-filmed VTV series about rumored hauntings in one of our oldest dormitory buildings. However, instead of the traditional route, I went for more of a ghost-hunting mockumentary, which was put together by a nice guy with some ulterior motives...
If you found some of these amusing, maybe check out the rest of my original works on my channel. I mean, hey, there’s a link right there, after all. Why not?
